Store Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and payments at Glam Society LLC. We appreciate your purchase and want you to feel confident shopping with us.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email glamsocietyshop@outlook.com
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, processing may take up to ten (10) days. You will receive email confirmation regarding approval or rejection. Approved exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective or damaged items should be reported immediately to arrange resolution. All returned goods are inspected, and unsuitable returns may be sent back.
