Store Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items for any reason you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at glamsocietyshop@outlook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorize (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Candles
- Body Suits
- Lingerie
- Sale or Discounted
- Swimwear
- Sunglasses
- Worn or used
For defective or damaged items, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Please Note
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- After all items are received and inspected, an email notification will be sent providing an acceptance or rejection status of the exchange. If approved, your item will be processed with 7 – 10 business days. If your exchange is denied you will be contacted regarding the resolution.
